Build Types
Spec Homes
Move-in ready or nearly completed homes built on a builder-selected lot with the floorplan and finishes already chosen. Best for buyers who want a faster timeline and do not need design input.
Pre-Sale Homes
Homes purchased before construction begins, allowing buyers to choose from available lots, floorplans, finishes, and builder-approved upgrades. Personalization is available, but major structural changes are typically limited.
Semi-Custom Homes
Homes built from an existing builder floorplan with greater flexibility to modify layouts, rooms, finishes, and selections. Buyers have more design freedom while still working within the builder’s established plans and process.
Fully Custom Homes
